“Making Change Work: When Everything is Changing!”

In 2019 E&C companies will experience unprecedented changes never encountered before in their industries: increased mergers and acquisitions, exploding operational costs, shortages of skilled talent, mega projects infused with advanced technologies and a focus on a data-driven world.

These massive changes now require a bold-new paradigm shift away from traditional approaches to change management, to a new innovative approach to organizations as “organisms” with flexible resources, cohesive teams, connected networks, and clear flat structures.

Learn about the latest “Journey Management” strategic-driven change methodology and process enabling you to successfully “manage change, when everything in your E&C company is changing!”
