Leading Through a Crisis: Managing Your Career in Crazy Times | Covid-19 Pandemic

Webinar | Friday, August 7 | 12 Noon CDT

In a recent talk on the job market, the Greater Houston Partnership stated that over 330,000 Houstonians had lost their jobs during the first quarter of 2020. Living in Houston we have been hit with a double-blow: Not only do we have to deal with a world-wide pandemic and the economic crisis wrought by Covid-19, but we also we have also been caught in a world-wide downturn of oil and gas prices caused by the Saudi-Russian price war on crude, including an oversupply on the market.

During this time, some of us have lost jobs. Others, who are still employed, may be wondering how they can make work more satisfying, get promoted, or get that well-deserved raise. Our next program will deal with all of these concerns. We have a panel of industry experts who will provide tips on job search, as well as how to manage your career in these crazy times. Mark Friedman, a principal of MJF Associates, a Leadership, Executive Coaching, and Career Development firm, will moderate.
