Leading Through a Crisis: Has Plant Digitalization Held Up to its Promise? | Covid-19 Pandemic

Webinar | Friday, July 17 | 12 Noon CDT

In business we’ve been investing in new technologies, processes and ways of doing things for quite some time but rarely has a new technology been put to the test like digital operations with Covid-19. Many what-if scenarios were considered but few conceived of the risk of a global pandemic. Old risk models are being thrown out the window – literally – as companies grapple with how to maintain operations under current conditions. Technology, and especially the recent waive of digitalization enhancements, is key to maintaining efficient and safe production. Listen to industry experts speak to how autonomous plant operating investments were put to the test. Get perspective on digitalization performance from both the world’s largest industrial plant operator (Linde) and a global leader in petrochemicals production (Shell). Digital provider AspenTech will moderate the discussion and share customer stories of managing through this extremely volatile and uncertain period.
