Fees

Registration includes the evening banquet dinner and reception (Monday, November 11) as well as daylong program on Tuesday, November 12. Credit cards payment will be accepted online only. Rates are:

Early Bird through September 13 – $525
Regular Registration September 14 thru October 25 – $650
Late Registration October 26 thru November 6 – $700

Group Discounts

10% Group Discount is available for 3 or more from same company (does not include free member registration). Email us at globalforum@rice.edu with your company’s 3 names and receive your discount code to be used when registering.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations accepted or refunds processed after November 1. There is a $50 service fee for cancellations prior to November 1. Substitutions are welcomed. Please email us with your substitution’s name, company and job title.

Purchase of Banquet only attendance is NOT available.
