Fees

There are two registration options for the 24th Annual Forum – in-person registration and virtual/webinar. The in-person registration option includes entry to the evening cocktail reception on Monday, November 8 as well as daylong program on Tuesday, November 9. The webinar option includes a recording of the November 8 reception presentation and livestream access and recordings of the November 9 presentations.

Credit cards payment will be accepted online only. If you have trouble processing your card, please email globalforum@rice.edu.

Group Discounts

10% Group Discount is available for 3 or more from same company (does not include free member registration). Email us at globalforum@rice.edu with your company’s 3 names and receive your discount code to be used when registering.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received at globalforum@rice.edu prior to 11:59 pm on October 29. There is a $50 service fee for cancellations prior to October 29. No cancellations accepted after October 29. Substitutes are welcomed . . . we encourage potential No-Shows to send substitutes in their place and have them let us know at the door or email us with your substitution’s name, company, job title and email to globalforum@rice.edu. Substitutes can be from member and non-member companies.
